Below you will find a simple recipe detailing how to make CBD cupcakes.

Equipment:

Oven

Mixing Bowl

Electric Mixer/Egg Beater

Cupcake Tin

Cupcake Liners/Papers

Ingredients:

175g self-raising flour

175g butter

175g caster sugar

3 eggs

½ teaspoon baking powder

Topping Ingredients:

200 mg (or more) of CBD oil

350g icing sugar

175g butter

3 teaspoons of milk as required

Step 1: Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Then weigh and sift the dry ingredients into a mixing bowl. This includes the sugar, flour and baking powder.

 

Step 2: Add the butter to the mixing bowl and stir until it is all mixed in with the dry ingredients.

 

Step 3: Crack the eggs into the bowl and mix/whisk until the color becomes light.

 

Step 4: Add the cupcake batter into cupcake papers that should be placed in the cases. Bake for around 20-25 minutes. Try not to open the oven too much to check on them though.

 

Step 5: While the cupcakes are cooking, it is time to make the icing topping. In a new bowl mix together the ingredients for the topping, including the CBD oil and stir until pale and fluffy.

 

Step 6: Once the cupcakes have cooled you will need to generously add the topping. Decorate as desired with sprinkles if you’re feeling fancy. Sit back and enjoy a cupcake!
